01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 369jl website located at 369jl.org and all associated services, games, features, and content provided by 369jl (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the 369jl Platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. 369jl strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 369jl complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their legal capacity may not use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 369jl or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 369jl Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

03Account Registration

To access the full features of the 369jl Platform, you must register a personal account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 369jl is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 369jl Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 369jl support immediately via live chat.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

369jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. 369jl reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each person may register only one account on the 369jl Platform. If 369jl determines that a person holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. 369jl's determination in this regard is final.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

369jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported.

369jl does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 369jl aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within a few hours and bank transfer withdrawals within one business day, though processing times may vary. 369jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 369jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 369jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

05Bonuses & Promotions

369jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, voucher rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 369jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited.
• 369jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 369jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

369jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by professional studios under strict operational protocols. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for games are available within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, 369jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 369jl's decision regarding technical malfunctions is final.

369jl prohibits the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

07Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 369jl Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of game manipulation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 369jl staff or other players;
• Attempting to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the 369jl Platform — including but not limited to the 369jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 369jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 369jl.

09Privacy & Data

369jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

369jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 369jl cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Responsible Gaming

369jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 369jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 369jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 369jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12Termination & Suspension

369jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 369jl reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and any applicable regulatory holds.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 369jl customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are subject to the same withdrawal processing terms described in Section 4.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 369jl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 369jl customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 369jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of 369jl's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14Amendments to These Terms

369jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 369jl will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 369jl Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
